Relationship & Performance Management

  • Build strong relationships with partners/installers to drive loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor partner performance (quality, timelines, and customer feedback) and support continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related queries and escalations.

Business Growth Support

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align partner capacity with business opportunities.
  • Share installer feedback to improve product design, training content, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to strategies for scaling the partner and installer network across multiple regions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (solar industry experience preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in partner development, channel management, or technical field support.
  • Strong understanding of installation practices (solar, power, telecom, or related industries).
  • Excellent communication, training, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to partner and installer sites.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital training platforms.
