Digital / Web Coordinator

Kifayat Publishers, a leading educational publishing house dedicated to making world-class educational resources accessible to students and teachers in Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Digital Platforms Coordinator to oversee the technical development and integration of our digital products. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between the creative, editorial, and technical teams ensuring that our digital interfaces, platforms, and interactive tools are functional, efficient, and aligned with our publishing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing or coordinating digital platforms or web-based products (experience in publishing or edtech preferred).
• Strong understanding of web technologies and content management systems (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of digital content development across web and mobile platforms.
• Evaluate the feasibility and scalability of proposed digital initiatives, providing technical insight and recommendations.
• Advise teams on suitable interfaces, technologies, and tools to enhance functionality and user experience for web platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of features and resolve technical challenges.
• Coordinate between design, editorial, and development teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of digital outputs.

Skills:

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design and development teams.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical team members.
