Discord Lead Specialist Needed

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Discord Lead Specialist to help us build, manage, and grow a high-impact community in the Web3 space. If you've successfully turned a Discord server into a revenue-driving engine, we want to hear from you.

🔥 You must have driven at least $2K–$3K in direct sales through Discord events, campaigns, or community engagement.

Experience in Web3, crypto, NFTs, or tech communities is highly preferred.

🧠 Responsibilities:

Build and structure a fully optimized Discord server (channels, roles, bots, permissions)

Develop and implement a full community growth and retention plan

Engage users through strategic events: AMAs, giveaways, polls, collaborations, etc.

Monitor member activity and ensure a safe, inclusive, and on-brand experience

Manage mods, onboard new members, and respond to community needs

Launch and execute campaigns that drive measurable conversions and sales

Analyze community data to refine tactics and increase engagement

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience driving $2K–$3K+ in sales from Discord

Strong leadership in managing active Discord communities (2K+ members)

Experience with bots (e.g. MEE6, Dyno, Collab.Land, Carl-bot, etc.)

Excellent written communication and event planning skills

Familiarity with Web3, crypto, NFT, or online tech communities

⭐ Bonus Points:

Experience launching products, NFTs, or token drops via Discord

Growth hacking mindset — partnerships, raid campaigns, viral loops, etc.

Knowledge of community metrics and Discord analytics tools
