District Representative III - NW

Job Description

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company and a leader in water technology, is seeking a District Sales Representative III to join its sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue and profit growth by managing programs and services within targeted accounts. Using a consultative sales approach, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by executing system assurance programs tailored to their key business needs. You will also lead efforts to convert strategic competitive accounts and introduce new technologies to current customers, supporting long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans within your existing customer base and assigned competitive accounts to achieve profit growth targets. Collaborate closely with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies that foster sales growth. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to support customer retention and expansion. Provide technical support by identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating issues when necessary to ensure optimal operations. Perform system analyses, interpret data, and deliver written recommendations to enhance customer system performance. Actively promote and sell Nalco Water’s innovative technologies and solutions to build enduring customer partnerships.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Experience in technical sales or field sales support. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Please note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines such as chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or in life sciences like biology or chemistry is preferred. Experience in the water treatment or specialty chemical industries is advantageous. Working knowledge of relevant industry technologies and practices will be beneficial.
