Job Description

Perfect Pharma is seeking a motivated and skilled District Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts within a designated territory. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in sales management, negotiation, and sales forecasting to drive revenue growth and expand the market presence of the companys pharmaceutical products. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion sales and involves managing a dedicated team member to achieve business objectives effectively. The District Sales Manager will play a critical role in executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring adherence to budgetary goals within the district. The ideal candidate excels in team leadership and possesses strong communication skills to motivate and guide their team effectively. They will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, analyzing market trends, and developing actionable plans to meet sales targets. The role also requires coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall company goals. By using a hands-on management approach, the District Sales Manager will foster teamwork, optimize sales processes, and address challenges proactively to contribute to the sustained success of Perfect Pharma.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a sales team of one person to achieve sales targets within the assigned district.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote pharmaceutical products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data and market trends to forecast sales and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key clients to expand product reach.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while maintaining company profitability standards.
  • Manage sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Train and mentor the sales team member to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management for decision-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the district and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies during all sales activities.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust in the companys products.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
