Document & Canva Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales growth. This full-time position requires working onsite at our Karachi office and demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to establish long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to meet client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to support company growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with specific exposure to the Upwork platform.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and market research methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience ranging from 3 months to 1 year in business development roles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with knowledge of UI/UX concepts will be preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary between Rs40,000 and Rs60,000.
