E-commerce Inventory Coordinator

Shariq Enterprises is a dynamic digital solutions company specializing in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and AI Automation. Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting inventory tracking, order processing, shipment coordination, and managing warehouse-related documentation specifically for our Amazon and Walmart accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update inventory levels and stock availability for Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Track orders, including tracking numbers, shipment statuses, and delivery updates to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and manage shipping labels, inventory labels, and all necessary shipment documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Oversee stock movement, including inbound and outbound shipments, and identify out-of-stock products.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline inventory and shipment processes.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or order-related issues promptly.
- Ensure all inventory and shipment records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in E-commerce inventory management is preferred.
- Familiarity with order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory coordination is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for maintaining detailed records.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
