E-commerce Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our online commerce initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development, operations)
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners as needed
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks/issues
• Ensure seamless execution of website enhancements, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Track and report KPIs to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Continuously optimize project processes to improve efficiency and delivery
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
  
   

Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, UX/UI, and analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification is a plus)
