Job Title: E-commerce & Subscription Growth Manager

Location: DHA Karachi (Hybrid)

Core Duties:

• Oversee Shopify setup and manage subscription apps; implement CRO tests.
• Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok; manage influencer drops.
• Build and optimize email/SMS flows for acquisition, retention, and win-back.
• Track key KPIs (MRR, CAC, ROAS, churn) and deliver weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with design, fulfillment, and customer service to meet SLAs.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience driving e-commerce growth, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in Shopify Admin, including setup and ongoing management of at least one subscription app (e.g., Appstle, Recharge).
• Strong understanding of paid media buying and the ability to perform basic cohort analysis using tools like Excel or SQL.
• Working knowledge of Canva for basic visual design and content needs.-
• Ability to write clear, compelling copy in both English and Urdu.
• Familiarity with local logistics and payment systems, including cash-on-delivery (COD) and online payment flows.
