Role Description The Early Childhood Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karāchi and involves planning daily lessons, preparing learning materials, and organizing classroom activities that foster exploration and play-based learning. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, adapt instruction to individual needs, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, communicating regularly with families, and participating in school events and professional learning. The role also requires adherence to school policies, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Qualifications

 

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, with the ability to apply developmentally appropriate practices in the classroom.
• Demonstrated Teaching experience and skill in Working With Children, including managing groups, fostering positive behavior, and building trusting relationships.
• Experience in Curriculum Development for early years, including creating engaging lesson plans and learning activities aligned with educational standards.
• Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and build strong partnerships with families.
• Organizational and classroom management skills, including maintaining a safe, orderly, and inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and staying updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Experience in an international or diverse school setting and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
