Early Year Teacher - Female

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic and nurturing educational setting. The successful candidate will have relevant experience working with young children and a solid understanding of early childhood development principles. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with early years learning objectives.
- Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Regularly observe and assess children’s developmental milestones and learning progress.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote holistic development.
- Encourage children’s independence, creativity, and social skills through thoughtful guidance.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student development and progress.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in early childhood education.
- Certification or diploma in Early Years Education or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills paired with effective classroom management techniques.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and supporting their overall potential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Montessori certification is highly preferred, enhancing teaching methods and educational approach.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, specifically at Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-15.
- The starting salary for this role is Rs40,000.00 per month.
