We’re Hiring: Book Formatting Specialist / Publishing Executive

SavTech Digital is looking for a detail-oriented Book Formatting Specialist to join our Publication Department.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Format manuscripts for eBook, paperback, and hardcover

• Work on margins, spacing, page breaks, headers, footers, and table of contents

• Prepare print-ready PDF and digital publishing files

• Check trim size, bleed, spine, and layout requirements

• Handle formatting revisions based on client feedback

• Prepare files for platforms like Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and other publishing platforms

• Ensure final quality check before publishing

Requirements:

• Prior experience in book formatting or publishing

• Knowledge of MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Kindle Create, or similar formatting tools

• Understanding of Amazon KDP/IngramSpark file requirements will be preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle revisions professionally
