Full job description

We are hiring a motivated eBook Upsell Executive to maximize revenue by converting existing customers into higher-value purchases. This role is ideal for someone confident in sales and communication.

Target: 10K – 12K

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing customers and upsell eBook packages/services
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant upgrades
• Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Sales or upselling experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Basic understanding of digital products (eBooks)

Location: DHA phase 2, Karachi
