Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and resourceful eCommerce Specialist to build and manage our Amazon and Noon stores from the ground up for UAE & KSA. This role involves product research, supplier coordination, listing creation, and logistics management, including ensuring products are delivered to Amazon fulfillment centers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and be capable of independently launching and scaling online stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research & Validation

• Conduct detailed product hunting using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or manual research.
• Analyze market demand, competition, pricing, and profitability.
• Shortlist winning products based on data-driven insights and trends.

Supplier Sourcing & Coordination

• Identify and negotiate with suppliers (local or international).
• Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate packaging and labeling requirements for Amazon FBA and Noon Express.

Store Setup & Listing Creation

• Create and configure seller accounts on Amazon and Noon.
• Develop optimized product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Ensure compliance with platform listing policies and SEO best practices.

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Manage shipping and delivery of products to Amazon warehouses (FBA) and Noon fulfillment centers.
• Handle documentation, labeling, and packaging as per platform requirements.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and inventory updates.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor product performance, reviews, and customer feedback.
• Adjust pricing, keywords, and listings based on performance data.
• Generate reports and suggest improvements for growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in launching and managing Amazon/Noon stores.
• Strong knowledge of product research tools and marketplace operations.
• Experience with supplier sourcing and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA and Noon Express processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design or photo editing for product images.
• Knowledge of PPC advertising and keyword optimization.
• Experience with international shipping and customs (if sourcing globally).
