Education And Outreach Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken education professional who is passionate about children’s learning and community impact. This role is suitable for individuals with experience as a Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, or School Principal who are ready to take on a broader leadership and representation role.

The selected candidate will support and manage educational initiatives while also representing the organization in meetings, schools, and partner NGOs focused on child education.

This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the confidence to engage with different education stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and partnerships with education-focused NGOs and schools
• Coordinate and support educational programs related to children's learning and development
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school leaders, and partner organizations
• Conduct school visits, meetings, and outreach activities when required
• Assist in managing academic initiatives and ensuring program effectiveness
• Support teacher engagement, mentoring, and education-related discussions
• Maintain professional relationships with partner schools and education networks

Requirements

• candidate with 3–10+ years of experience in education
• Experience as a Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, or School Principal
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confident personality with the ability to represent the organization professionally
• Willingness to attend meetings, school visits, and external education activities
• Passion for children’s education and community development.
