Educational Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Educational Consultant to support students, educational institutions, and organizations abroad in navigating academic pathways and making informed decisions about international education opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global education landscape, including university systems, admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and cultural dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Guidance and Counseling: Provide expert guidance to students and parents on academic options, career pathways, and study abroad opportunities based on individual profiles and aspirations.
• Admission Assistance: Assist students with the preparation and submission of applications to universities and colleges abroad, including document preparation, personal statements, and interview coaching.
• Program Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in international education, university rankings, programs, scholarships, and visa requirements.
• Educational Workshops: Conduct informational seminars, webinars, and workshops to educate students about study abroad options, financial aid, and cultural adaptation.
• University Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with international universities and colleges, facilitating collaborations and student placements.
• Visa Guidance: Provide advice and assistance regarding student visa applications, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations and requirements.
• Cultural Orientation: Support students in adjusting to their new academic environments and cultures, offering pre-departure briefings and ongoing support.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, local agents, and government bodies abroad.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in international education consulting or academic counseling (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the education systems in key destinations (e.g., the US, UK, Canada, Australia).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with visa processes and international student policies
