Electronics Engineer

Mass International, a reputable engineering solutions provider based in Karachi, seeks a dedicated Electronics Engineer to join their technical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electronic security and environmental gas monitoring systems. This position requires a hands-on approach combined with strong coordination skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams. The Electronics Engineer will also be responsible for preparing technical documentation essential for project execution and customer satisfaction. This role includes overseeing a team of six personnel, requiring the engineer to provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth project workflows and high-quality technical delivery. The position demands a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the field, with expertise in circuit design, signal processing, PCB layout, and both analog and digital circuits. The Electronics Engineer must be skilled in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning complex electronic systems, maintaining a focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and prepare detailed technical specifications, test procedures, quotations, and comprehensive project documentation to support system installations and upgrades.
• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and commission advanced security and environmental gas monitoring systems while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and diagnose faults in circuits, sensors, power supplies, communication links, and control systems, utilizing appropriate testing and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and provide user guidance to customers, offering maintenance recommendations and timely service support to enhance system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain precise records of all site activities including test results, equipment statuses, and corrective actions taken to facilitate transparency and traceability.
• Lead and manage a team of six engineers and technicians, coordinating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure the availability of required components and the successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Continuously update technical knowledge related to electronic security and gas monitoring technologies, standards, and best practices to contribute to the companys competitive edge.
