Energy Policy Researcher & Content Developer

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on national and international legal and policy frameworks related to the Just Energy Transition.
• Focus on key institutional policies, including:
• The World Bank’s Operational Policy on Involuntary Resettlement.
• NEPRA’s regulations and policies, particularly the 2021 Social Investment Guidelines.
• Present complex policy information in an accessible, interactive, and engaging video format.
• Develop simplified video explainers in Urdu and Sindhi.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with energy-related legal and policy infrastructure in Pakistan and internationally.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical and legal concepts into content that is understandable to a general audience.
• Proficiency in Urdu and Sindhi (spoken and written).
