Job Description

The Seeds School – Cambridge Section in Karachi is looking for a committed full-time English teacher to effectively deliver the Cambridge curriculum. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing daily lessons, assessing student performance, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Strong communication skills are essential to interact with students, parents, and colleagues, while maintaining compliance with school policies and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the English curriculum in line with Cambridge guidelines.
- Develop and implement daily lesson plans that address the needs of diverse learners.
- Prepare classwork, homework, and assessments on a regular basis.
- Evaluate and grade student assignments promptly and accurately.
- Monitor academic progress and provide support to enhance student development.
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Offer additional academic assistance to students facing challenges.
- Communicate effectively and timely with parents regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with subject and section heads to ensure alignment in teaching strategies.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and contribute to school initiatives.
- Engage in school functions and academic events to support the broader school community.
- Adhere strictly to school policies and the academic calendar.
- Ensure clarity in instruction and maintain student engagement at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in delivering the Cambridge English curriculum.
- Experience in lesson planning, student assessment, and classroom management.
