Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a English Voice Coach to work on a part-time basis. This person will play a crucial role in training next-generation AI systems by providing expert guidance on voice performances, accents, and regional dialects. As a key contributor to the development of AI voice models, the English Voice Coach will collaborate with AI developers and product designers to refine voice synthesis algorithms and training data, ultimately shaping the future of AI-powered voice interactions in the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and assess AI-generated voice performances, focusing on accuracy, authenticity, and expressiveness to ensure high-quality voice outputs.

• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of accents and regional dialects for AI voice models to improve their language understanding and generation capabilities.

• Collaborate closely with AI developers and product designers to refine voice synthesis algorithms and training data, contributing to the development of more realistic and engaging AI-powered voice interactions.

• Develop and document best practices for pronunciation, modulation, and emotional delivery to establish a consistent and high-quality standard for AI voice models.

• Coach and mentor AI systems by supplying real-time feedback and targeted improvement strategies to enhance their performance and capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in voice coaching, dialect instruction, or a related field, with a strong understanding of voice performance and accents.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to AI systems and development teams.

• Strong knowledge of language and linguistics, including phonetics, phonology, and syntax, to inform the development of AI voice models.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
