IMC Certifications is a leading professional training and certification provider dedicated to helping individuals advance their careers through globally recognized learning solutions. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Enrollment Relationship Manager to join our Karachi team.

About the Role

This is a target-based sales role focused on engaging prospective students, understanding their career objectives, and guiding them toward the most suitable training and certification programs. The role requires a consultative sales approach with a strong focus on achieving monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand learners' needs and recommend appropriate certification and training programs.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Stay updated on IMC Certifications' programs and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, business development, customer relationship management, or education counseling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 65,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives, with total monthly earning potential of PKR 100,000–180,000+, based on individual performance and the applicable incentive plan.
