  • Coordinate with Stores, Product/QC departments, and support teams to address customer complaints and queries
  • Communicate directly with customers via calls and emails to resolve issues and handle exceptional cases
  • Manage and track inventory at the location, including receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch to warehouses or branches
  • Prepare and share daily and weekly dashboards covering customer complaints, queries, feedback, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and dispatch of articles
  • Maintain and update CRM database, including customer profiles, complaints, and query records
  • Assist in preparing monthly scorecards for Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)

     

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
