About Us:

We are a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support across two of our key divisions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional research and communication skills, capable of managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics, compiling data and presenting findings to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and letters, and make calls as necessary to facilitate effective communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the creation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Skills:

  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

Availability:

  • Must be available to work part-time, 4 hours per day, from 9: 00 PM to 1:00 AM PKT.

Location:

  • Remote

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
