Siemens Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd., a global leader in Smart Infrastructure, is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join its Electrification & Automation team based in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks under supervision, focusing primarily on the design and configuration of MV switchgear control systems while ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Follow established guidelines, policies, and engineering strategies to deliver high-quality design outputs.
- Provide constructive feedback on design execution and engineering best practices to improve technical standards and procedures within the System Engineering team.
- Ensure all designs comply with regional laws, regulations, and Siemens’ internal quality standards.
- Align engineering designs with customer specifications for Siemens products and solutions, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Understand and meet project and product quality requirements consistently.
- Develop and maintain a personal growth plan in coordination with the engineering working group to support continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a technical role, specifically within the medium voltage (MV) design field.
- Familiarity with Siemens products and solutions is essential.
- Strong communication skills, especially in remote or distributed team environments.
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English languages.
