Pvt Job- Responsible for maintaining different kind of Instruments like Flow meters, Level Switches, Proximity Sensors, Linear Sensor etc.
- Maintaining PLC’s of Siemens S7 300 and 200, ABB AC800 and Allen Bradley Control Logix and Fault rectifications of same.
- Maintaining ACS800 of ABB and Controlling, MacroMex Inverters ABB, Reliance Inverters.
- Trouble shooting through Control builder M Professional on HMI.
- Coordination with Production and Mechanical Maintenance
- Should rectify all control and Power related issues to decrease down time of the Line.
- Maintenance of MCC’s and Distribution Panels of MV,LV
- Maintenance and checking of Motors
- Any other job as and when assigned by the Supervisor
