EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a dedicated Executive Officer - Client Services to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery in Health Department. This role requires a professional with a strategic mindset who can analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of service strategies to strengthen client relationships and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence. Working in a dynamic environment, the Executive Officer will consistently maintain service standards, resolve client issues promptly, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while operating under pressure. The Executive Officer will bring strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to support operational tasks and reporting requirements. The role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of collaborating across departments to improve service workflows and embed continuous process improvements. Though this position does not involve direct team management, the officer will actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, aligning service delivery goals with business objectives and ensuring that client interactions consistently reflect EFU Life Assurance Ltd.’s values and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Analyze current service delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of service and quality to meet organizational and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service strategies with business objectives.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support the continuous improvement of workflows and service protocols.
  • Implement effective solutions to enhance process efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to document processes, prepare presentations, and manage data.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to client services.
