TalentPop is a fast-growing e-commerce enabler focused on helping businesses succeed. We need a dynamic Executive Virtual Assistant to provide high-level remote support to our executives. This role is ideal for an organized self-starter who thrives in a virtual environment.

What You Will Do

You are the remote anchor ensuring smooth executive operations. Your primary tasks include:

 

• Calendar Management Master scheduling and complex meeting coordination
• Travel Coordination Handle all flight hotel and itinerary arrangements
• Communication Draft edit and manage professional email correspondence
• Project Support Assist with tracking administrative tasks and deadlines
• Document Prep Create and organize presentations reports and files
• Confidentiality Maintain complete discretion with all sensitive information
  
   

What You Need to Bring

We are looking for a reliable and highly capable administrative professional.

• Experience At least 6 months of experience in an assistant or executive support role
• Skills Excellent organizational and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Communication Strong clear and professional written and verbal skills
• Mindset Independent reliable and detail-oriented a true partner
• Tech Savvy Must be fluent in common digital tools and remote platforms
• Availability Full-time 40 hours per week during US business hours
