Our U.S. brokerage division is expanding and we're hiring experienced Freight Brokers who already know the business and want to grow their book of freight with a strong operations backbone behind them.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and grow your own shipper portfolio (TL, LTL, cross-border)
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity through our carrier network
• Manage freight from pickup to POD with full backend support
• Focus on sales and growth — not operations

💼 Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 2 years of active experience in freight brokerage or carrier sales
• You currently work (or have worked) with a 3PL or brokerage in North American trucking markets
• You can confidently close freight, handle objections, and manage customer expectations
• You understand load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• You are not looking for training — you're looking for a stronger platform and better earning potential
• You are available during core North American business hours (EST/CST) — international remote applicants are welcome if time zone overlap is maintained

💰 Compensation

• Base salary available: $36,000–$50,000 (optional)
• High commission split: up to 60–70% on gross margin
• Commission-only model available for higher splits (for top performers)
• Uncapped earnings — no limits
• 💡 If you are already producing, this structure allows you to earn significantly more than traditional brokerages
