Position Title: Expert Academic Research Writer

About the Role

Renexus Resource Group is inviting applications from experienced and research-driven academic professionals to join our expanding in-house writing division in Karachi. The selected individual will engage in a wide range of academic and analytical writing assignments, contributing to projects that uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity.

We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of research methodologies, advanced writing proficiency, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, well-structured academic content that meets global academic expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis: Perform comprehensive literature reviews, analyze data, and synthesize findings to produce detailed academic papers, reports, dissertations, and essays.
Content Creation: Develop original, engaging, and academically accurate content across diverse disciplines.
Editing & Review: Proofread and refine drafts to ensure grammatical precision, coherence, and adherence to academic standards.
Citation & Formatting: Accurately apply referencing systems such as APA, MLA, Harvard, and Chicago.
Data Interpretation: Use research tools like SPSS, MATLAB, EViews, or Stata for statistical and data-based projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple writing assignments efficiently while meeting established deadlines.
Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, exchange feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Core Competencies & Skills

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written English with advanced grammar and vocabulary control.
Research Aptitude: Strong analytical, critical, and logical reasoning abilities.
Technical Literacy: Skilled in MS Word and MS Excel for document creation and data handling.
Referencing Accuracy: Comprehensive understanding of academic citation styles.
Professional Traits: Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing pressure effectively.
Qualification & Experience

Education: A-Levels, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related academic discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in academic or research writing.
Preferred Expertise: Practical knowledge of data analysis tools such as SPSS, MATLAB, EViews, or Stata will be highly valued.
