Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with tax and accounting teams to meet clients’ compliance requirements effectively. Oversee the entire Hire to Retire process, managing daily payroll operations to align with client expectations. Deliver high-quality payroll services by coordinating issue resolution and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Engage in standardized processes, proactively identify potential risks, escalate issues when necessary, and implement continuous performance improvements to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials in Human Resources and Accounting is essential. An MBA with a specialization in Human Resources is highly desirable. Candidates should possess at least three years of practical experience in Rewards and Payroll Operations, including proficiency with relevant ERP systems. Experience within large professional services firms or similar complex environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data are critical. Additionally, the role requires effective collaboration across borders and diverse teams.
