Fashion Designer

You will assist in the development of a seasonal collection focused on organic kidswear. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable fashion design, trend research, and product development in a supportive and flexible remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design team in creating mood boards, color palettes, and collection concepts

Assist in sketching and designing apparel styles for the kidswear line (infants to age 10)

Conduct trend and market research focused on eco-friendly children’s fashion

Select sustainable fabrics, trims, and finishes aligned with the brand’s vision

Prepare technical drawings and tech packs for sampling and production

Collaborate with the product development and sourcing teams

Participate in virtual design meetings and contribute creative ideas

Maintain documentation and support production follow-ups as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Previous experience or portfolio demonstrating kidswear design, especially with organic or sustainable materials

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Strong understanding of color, fabric, and garment construction

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a remote setup

Passionate about ethical fashion and sustainability in the apparel industry
