The role requires expertise in design, textiles, garment construction, color theory, trend forecasting, and CAD tools, with collaboration across teams to ensure quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Create original, trend-driven fashion designs from concept to production

Conduct trend research and forecasting to maintain brand relevance

Develop fashion illustrations and CAD designs

Select and source quality, sustainable fabrics and materials

Create prototypes and samples to assess design feasibility

Apply color theory to ensure cohesive collections

Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams for accurate execution

Refine garments through fittings and feedback

Support collection presentations and marketing materials

Meet project timelines and contribute to seasonal collections

Stay updated on textile technology, design tools, and industry trends
