Full job description

Key Responsibilities includes but not limit to:

  • Warmly welcome guests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them accordingly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing posts, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Oversee preparation and serving of daily lunch, refreshments, and dinner for guests and executives
  • Monitor pantry supplies, kitchen inventory, and cleanliness standards
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Undertake special assignments as directed by management.
  • Know how to use PXBX
  • Basic data entry knowledge
  • MS Office and Computer literate
  • Knowledge of how to use printer scanner etc
  • Knowledge of graphic designing or IT based knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • A professional appearance and positive demeanor.
  • Previous atleast 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Must be Graduate

Location: Shaheed e Millat Road Karachi
Compensation: 40k to 50k
