Job Description

We are looking for a motivated female candidate to join our team as a cashier/server. This position welcomes both fresh graduates and individuals with prior experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling customer transactions while delivering excellent service in a professional setting. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring dedication and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Devaj POS system accurately to process sales and transactions.
- Interact with customers politely and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Manage cash and card payments with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth service operations.
- Assist in serving customers promptly and courteously, addressing their needs effectively.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management to support daily activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of intermediate graduate.
- Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
- Experience or familiarity with the Devaj POS system is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills suitable for formal interactions.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Residency in Gulshan-e-Iqbal or nearby areas to ensure reliability and punctuality.
