Female Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated, confident, and intelligent female Receptionist to join the team at Hilltop Hotel, located near Jheel on Tariq Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, responsible, and proactive, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth front desk operations. This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and four days off each month. The successful candidate will contribute positively to guest experiences and support the overall efficiency of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to address guest needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests
- Perform administrative duties such as record keeping, scheduling, and managing reservations

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (equivalent to high school completion)
- Permanent resident of Karachi, preferably residing near Tariq Road for ease of commute
- Proven ability to be hardworking, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Salary package ranging from PKR 30,000 to 35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills
- Full-time employment with a fixed schedule, ensuring work-life balance
