Female Sales Representative (Urgent)

Job Summary

We are looking for confident, talented, and hardworking Female Sales Representatives to join our growing Telecom Solutions team. If you have excellent communication skills, good English proficiency, and are looking to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

Fresh female candidates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply. A 3-day paid training period will be provided to help you understand our products, sales process, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers and introduce the company's services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Work professionally and collaborate effectively with the team.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

Age: 18–25 years.

Intermediate or higher qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good English speaking proficiency.

Confident, hardworking, talented, and self-motivated.

Ability to persuade customers and confidently close sales.

Looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous sales or call center experience is preferred but not required.
