Finance and Accounts Associate

métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring for our client, a fast-growing international Governance, Risk & Compliance consultancy headquartered in DIFC, UAE. We are currently looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Associate to join their Group Finance function based in Pakistan.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Maintain internal accounting books and general ledgers across group entities

• Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting schedules

• Support the CFO and Group Finance team with accurate financial reporting

• Handle AP processing, intercompany invoicing, petty cash, and fixed asset management

• Support internal and external audits and ensure audit-ready documentation

• Assist with VAT filings and compliance reporting

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Experience Required: 5-7+ Years

• ACCA / CA / CIMA qualified or actively pursuing qualification

• Strong understanding of IFRS and bookkeeping best practices

• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.

• Strong Excel, reconciliation, and reporting skills

• Experience supporting a CFO or Group Finance function is preferred

Candidates with experience in multi-entity or multinational organizations will be preferred.
