We’re Hiring: Finance & ERP Executive

Location: Karachi (Full Time with flexibility)

Weartique Ventures LLC-FC is a fast-growing distributor and e-commerce operator for international fashion watch & jewelry brands in the GCC, including Kids Character Watches, Reflex Active, Tikkers, Liu Jo, Rebel & Rose, and Rosefield. We sell across leading marketplaces, multiple retailers and our own Shopify store The Weartique.

We are looking for a Finance & ERP Executive to join our team and take ownership of managing our Odoo ERP system and financial reconciliations across multiple partners and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update ODOO ERP system end to end: SKUs creations, invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, reports, reconciliations & other accounts entries.
• Manage financial reconciliations with marketplaces and partners
• Reconcile customer & vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups
• Support monthly financial closing: sales, COGS, expenses, VAT compliance
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth financial and inventory sync

Requirements

• Experience in finance, accounting, or ERP management (Odoo preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work across multiple marketplaces and partners
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP reporting tools is a plus
• Based in Karachi (Full Time Flexibility)
