- Prepare and review monthly sales performance reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and planning processes for the commercial division.
- Monitor trade discounts, promotional expenses, and other sales-related costs to ensure financial discipline.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
