Job Overview

IB Group is seeking an experienced Finance Functional Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring finance modules, conducting client workshops and system demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP solutions. The candidate should possess excellent functional consulting, communication, and client management skills to ensure seamless implementation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) finance modules.
• Conduct client meetings, workshops, system demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and configuration documents.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements where required.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Functional Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant, or a similar role.
• MBA in Finance or a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Financial Reporting
• Experience in ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
