Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for professionals in Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, and Auto Sector operations. Depending on the function, day-to-day responsibilities may include managing financial processes and reports, supporting people and talent initiatives, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, overseeing production activities, and coordinating with automotive sales and service teams. Professionals are expected to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and contribute to process optimization and efficiency. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring performance metrics, and participating in projects that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills, including understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial processes.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements, including preparation, analysis, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, or Auto Sector roles, preferably within large or fast-paced organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, IT, Engineering, or Industrial Management) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with common office and business software; familiarity with ERP systems or industry-specific tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
