Key Responsibilities
The Finance Officer will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including:
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Preparing and regularly updating expense reports to monitor company expenditures effectively.
- Processing reimbursement forms promptly and preparing bank deposits as needed.
- Accurately entering financial transactions into internal databases and ensuring records are current.
- Verifying spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency to support reliable financial reporting.
- Organizing and maintaining both digital and physical financial records systematically.
- Applying taxation knowledge to assist with compliance and reporting activities, ensuring all financial processes align with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation or partial qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or CA.
- A minimum of two years’ experience working as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance regulations.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to quickly detect numerical errors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
