Floor Supervisor – Restaurant | Saddar, Karachi

Our client, a well-established restaurant in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Supervisor to join their team.

We are seeking a customer-focused professional who can lead the floor team, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Location: Saddar, Karachi

Salary: PKR 50,000 to 60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff and daily floor operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage table allocation, reservations, and customer flow
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, discipline, and attendance
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor / Restaurant Supervisor / Captain
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Presentable, energetic, and professionally groomed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
