We are a heritage-driven fashion brand that breathes life into handwoven textiles by merging ethnic identity with modern silhouettes. As we prepare to launch our next line of sustainable, story-rich fashion, we are on the lookout for a freelance designer who can weave tradition into trend and design with soul.

Aesthetic: You have a sharp eye for design, balance, and color

Culturally-rooted: You value tradition, heritage, and artisanal craft

Innovative: You know how to reimagine the past into relevant, modern wear

💼 Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and sketch fashion collections that align with our brand ethos

Develop design sheets, moodboards, and swatches rooted in artisanal fabrics

Collaborate closely with the weaving master and stitching master to elaborate and refine designs

Propose contemporary silhouettes that retain the soul of traditional craft

Stay aligned with current trends in fashion and sustainability

Ensure each piece reflects cultural depth, modern relevance, and market wearability

✅ Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of textile aesthetics, especially handwoven and natural fabrics

Familiarity with ethnic textiles (e.g., khadi, jamdani, ajrak, etc.) is a plus

Proficiency in sketching, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools

Ability to communicate clearly with artisans and production teams

Prior experience (2–3 years) in contemporary or sustainable fashion is a plus

Fresh graduates with an exceptional portfolio and creative vision are also encouraged to apply.
