Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer at Royal Inn Hotel in Karachi. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing top-notch customer service, managing office equipment, and assisting with office administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.


 

Qualifications

 

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
  • Receptionist Duties
  • Office Equipment and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel industry is a plus
