Front Desk Officer
Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Front Desk Officer (Receptionist) to manage the front desk and daily administrative operations. The role includes answering phone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming reception experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Intermediate with relevant experience.
• Presentable personality.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and appointment scheduling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have basic knowledge & experience of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Salary Package: Max. 50K with lunch and yearly bonus
• Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Location: Karachi (Shaheed-e-Shaheed-e-Millat Road)
