Transformation International Society is looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Officer to join our wellness clinic.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(fluent spoken and written English)
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications
  • Experience using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software
  • Ability to manage appointments, patient records, and front desk operations
  • Professional appearance and customer service orientation
  • Females Only
  • Preferably 2 – 3 years in a similar role

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Maintain patient records in EMR software
  • Manage OPD patient registrations and appointments
  • Handle calls, inquiries, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
