We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Front Desk & Protocol Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and VIP guests. The role combines traditional front desk responsibilities with protocol management duties, including airport coordination, guest reception, and ensuring seamless hospitality services. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, discretion, and a polished demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
  • Ensure reception area is maintained to high corporate standards

Protocol & Guest Relations

  • Coordinate and manage airport pickups and drop-offs for VIP guests
  • Personally receive and accompany guests when required
  • Ensure proper protocol and hospitality arrangements for executives and foreign delegates
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, and scheduling support
  • Act as liaison between guests and internal departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing official meetings, events, and visits
  • Prepare guest itineraries and briefing materials
  • Support documentation and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, embassy, corporate office, or protocol services
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle VIPs and senior stakeholders
  • Flexible availability for airport duties (including occasional after-hours)

Preferred Profile

  • Experience handling foreign delegations or high-level executives
  • Background in hospitality, aviation, corporate admin, or government protocol
  • Strong cultural awareness and etiquette knowledge
  • Arabic speaking
