Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role based in Karāchi. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and managing front desk inquiries. Daily responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meeting room bookings, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and assisting team members with administrative support. The Front Desk Receptionist will collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations while providing courteous and professional assistance to clients, partners, and colleagues.
