About the Role
Propstar Technologies is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing administrative support where required.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general front desk inquiries
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules
• Handle courier services, mail distribution, and office correspondence
• Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and professional at all times
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including filing and document management
• Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations
• Monitor office supplies and report administrative requirements when needed
• Provide accurate information regarding company services and direct inquiries appropriately
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Receptionist, or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment
• Familiarity with telephone systems and visitor management procedures
